How do you get these though? I’ve met the condition and played snake.io in browser but never got these.

If you have played in the event and met the conditions for each one, you should be able to go into your skins and equip them from there.
The things is I really don’t see it. There seems to be no event. (playing via this site https://snake.io/, on Chrome) There seems to be only the basic skins nor do I see any special skins that other players have. Super strange.
