It looks like Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is set to launch this summer. A leak from reliable insider billbil-kun has revealed that the remastered collection will arrive on July 11, 2025, with pre-orders expected to go live soon. The leak surfaced earlier this morning just ahead of an official announcement from Activision, which is expected later today.
Three Editions and Pre-Order Bonuses
According to the leak, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 will be available in three different editions:
- Standard Edition – $49.99 USD
- Deluxe Edition – $69.99 USD
- Collector’s Edition – $129.99 USD (Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and Switch only)
The Deluxe Edition is said to include:
- Doom Slayer & Revenant Skaters
- A hoverboard modeled after Doom’s Unmaykr weapon
- Exclusive in-game music (unclear if this is from Doom or other artists)
- Three days of early access
Meanwhile, the Collector’s Edition will also include early access, but details on other extras are still unknown.
Additionally, pre-ordering any version of the game will grant access to a Wireframe Tony Shader and a demo featuring The Foundry level once it’s released.
Hints, Leaks, and an Official Countdown
A Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater announcement has been heavily rumoured for weeks. The series’ official website currently has a countdown timer set to 1 PM ET / 6 PM GMT today, which now seems all but certain to be for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4.
Further fueling speculation, fans spotted the phrase “thps-3-4-countdown” in the website’s code before it was removed. The game has also already been rated in Singapore for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch, practically confirming its existence.
Adding to the excitement, Tony Hawk himself appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, teasing the upcoming reveal. “We are re-releasing Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 with those characters, classic levels, classic skaters, and some new surprises,” Hawk said.
Iron Galaxy Reportedly Leading Development
The leak names Iron Galaxy as the developer instead of Vicarious Visions. Vicarious Visions was the studio behind Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2. Iron Galaxy previously worked on the PC version of THPS 1+2. They also have experience with remasters, having contributed to the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy and Spyro Reignited Trilogy.
This aligns with what Tony Hawk previously revealed in 2022, when he shared that a Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 remaster was originally in development at Vicarious Visions before the studio was merged into Activision Blizzard.
Call of Duty Tease and Potential Game Pass Release
Activision also hinted at today’s reveal through a subtle Easter egg in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Players noticed that a new Grind map featured a sign with the date March 4, hinting at a connection to the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater franchise.
Since Activision is now a first-party Xbox studio, it’s also possible that THPS 3+4 could be coming to Game Pass. If so, it would likely be announced during today’s reveal.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 Official Reveal Coming Soon
With multiple leaks and even Tony Hawk himself teasing the game, it seems clear that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is about to be officially announced. The countdown timer on the official website is set to end today, so expect full details—including gameplay, platforms, and more—to be revealed soon.
