In some more good news for Xbox fans, Xbox Play Anywhere support has been added to two titles from the Resident Evil Franchise
Both Resident Evil 7 Biohazard and Resident Evil Village now support the feature.
This means that you will be able to make a single purchase of either game and carry it with you across the Xbox ecosystem.
The addition of both these games to Xbox Play Anywhere comes ahead of a planned Resident Evil Showcase that is set to showcase the new game in the series, Resident Evil Requiem. This new title in the series is currently set to launch on February 27th 2026.
This news also comes in the same week as the announcement that Resident Evil Village would also be joining PlayStation Plus.
