Wuthering Waves’ Xbox Cloud Launch Set for July 10 Alongside Version 3.5

Wuthering Waves hits Xbox and Xbox Cloud Gaming on July 10 with Version 3.5. Stream Kuro Games' massive open-world ARPG.

Good news for cloud gamers and handheld users, as Kuro Games has announced that Wuthering Waves will officially be coming to Xbox Series X|S on July 10. This launch also brings Xbox Cloud Gaming support to Game Pass subscribers on day one. This launch joins the likes of other recent free-to-play giants like Genshin Impact and Where Winds Meet, making Xbox Cloud a top destination for massive open-world RPGs.

The console and cloud launch lands alongside the massive Version 3.5 update, titled “Blade of Past Resounds, Lingering Dream Hymns.” Players will get to explore a brand-new region, Mengzhou: Land of Xuanfang. The update also moves the overarching narrative forward with major story additions, including Chapter IV Act I: The Wind Before the Storm and Chapter IV Act II: Xuanling Sings, Storm Quelled.

Version 3.5 also brings 2 new Resonators and a new playable attribute for the main character. Kuro Games is also introducing a variety of gameplay and quality of life improvements such as optimized mobile resource management, PC performance updates, expanded voice-over customization, and revamped beginner events. To celebrate the launch, Game Pass Ultimate members will also receive special perks, including an Xbox Game Pass Gift Pack and an Xbox-exclusive in-game Sigil.
