XBOX has outlined more of its 25th-anniversary plans, including curated XBOX Game Pass collections, the remaining FanFest tour schedule, and new profile customization options. The anniversary activities will continue throughout 2026 as XBOX approaches its November 15 milestone.

The Game Pass collections will group games from each XBOX generation, while the FanFest tour includes stops across Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America. An XBOX 25th Anniversary profile badge and community-created gamerpics, themes, and backgrounds are also available now.

Game Pass Collections Celebrate Each XBOX Generation

XBOX is creating curated Game Pass collections covering the original XBOX, XBOX 360, XBOX One, and XBOX Series X|S generations.

Games highlighted for the collections include Fable Anniversary, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Fallout 4, and Psychonauts 2. XBOX says the collections will be playable on console and/or PC.

XBOX presented these as curated anniversary collections rather than a new Game Pass lineup announcement. They organize games around different periods of XBOX history, making it easier to browse through the platform’s past as the anniversary approaches.

XBOX listed the collections for console and/or PC but didn’t announce cloud availability for every included game.

XBOX FanFest Tour Continues Around The World

The XBOX FanFest Tour began in Los Angeles during the XBOX Games Showcase and will continue through international gaming events and standalone gatherings.

The remaining schedule includes Cologne on August 26 during gamescom, Tokyo on September 17 during Tokyo Game Show, London on September 26, Mexico City and Sydney on October 17, and Toronto on November 6. Seattle is also part of the tour, although XBOX hasn’t announced its date.

Tickets for each event will be awarded through separate city-specific sweepstakes. XBOX is directing fans to the official FanFest page for entry information and updates about each stop.

Toronto is the only Canadian stop currently announced. XBOX hasn’t confirmed its venue or provided a detailed event schedule.

Anniversary Badge And Community Designs Are Available Now

Anyone who signs in to an XBOX account on console, PC, or the XBOX mobile app will receive an XBOX 25th Anniversary profile badge. The badge can be displayed on an XBOX profile and will remain available through the end of 2026.

XBOX has also released community-created designs from Klobrille and Ben Kenobi. Console customization options include gamerpics, a dynamic theme, and a dynamic background. The XBOX app on PC supports the new gamerpic and theme options.

XBOX plans to share more anniversary updates as the platform moves toward November 15.
