Fallout 4 Is Getting Its Next-Gen Makeover

It has been a busy week for Fallout news.

First, we have the launch of the brand new TV show on Amazon, followed by the news that Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 are both now available on GeForce NOW, to the news that Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas are now available to play on Amazon Luna for Amazon Prime Members.

Now we have news that a lot of people have been waiting for, Fallout 4 will officially get its next-gen update on April 25th!

This will be a free update for the Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 consoles that, as well as making stability improvements and fixes to the game, will also add performance and quality mode options which will allow the game to be played at a smooth 60FPS.

The PC version of the game on Steam, Microsoft Store, and GOG will also receive an update that will improve stability, mods, and bug fixes. “Fallout 4” will also be released on the Epic Games Store.

Surprisingly, there will also be new content released for “Fallout 4.” The ‘Enclave Remnants’ content will add the Enclave into the game’s storyline and add the following items to the game:

  • Enclave Weapon Skins
  • Enclave Armor Skins
  • Tesla Cannon
  • Hellfire Power Armor
  • X-02 Power Armor
  • Heavy Incinerator

Fallout 4 is available to play in the cloud via Xbox Cloud Gaming, GeForce NOW, and PlayStation Cloud Gaming.
