Boosteroid and Skyworth Team Up in the Cloud

Boosteroid are not resting on their laurels this year. Following on from their recent announcement of their partnership with Chromebook, Boosteroid have announced that they are teaming up with Skyworth Digital.

Skyworth Digital are the world’s largest supplier of Android set-top boxes. Now Boosteroid’s TV app will be preinstalled on all of their boxes. This makes it even easier to access their library of cloud games, and once again lowers the barrier of entry.

If you have an older set-top box you will be able to find the app in the store to download. Then to start playing all you need to do connect a compatible gamepad (PS4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, etc.), sign up and subscribe, pick a game, log into your Steam or Epic account and enjoy playing.

Being able to access cloud gaming in more and more places is exactly what cloud gaming is all about. The ability to game anywhere without the need for expensive, resource-draining, hardware is very understated. This is excellent news from Boosteroid, and we can’t wait to see what else they have planned this year.
