Amazon Luna has had a pretty turbulent year with a number of lows (game loses) and highs (new countries, addition of Fortnite).

But, things are potentially looking up for Amazon’s cloud gaming service! There was the recent news that Ubisoft Connect’s cloud offerings will soon include Activision titles. And, September was an above average month for game pickups! We have the Luna+ library count down just 1 for the month to 105 games.

4 New Luna+ Games Launched Today

October Luna Prime Channel Free Games

5 Existing Luna+ games will also be free for any Amazon Prime member to play in October:

In addition, Fortnite and Trackmania will continue to be free to play for Amazon Prime subscribers.

Games Leaving in the Near Future

Amazon previously had listed another batch of games leaving in October and November but has since removed the departure notice on those games. We are not yet sure if those games will still be leaving in later October and November or if they have gotten a reprieve. It’s possible the departure notices will simply return as the departure date gets closer. We’d consider them at risk for now. Sponge Bob Square Pants Battle for Bikini Bottom did at least get a reprieve.
