A brand new DLC pack has been released for the beat ’em up MARVEL Cosmic Invasion.
This DLC will be the first of two premium DLC updates this year.
The first DLC has added both Cyclops and The Thing to the game. It is not a free DLC, however and will set you back £3.59.
- The Thing: The Fantastic Four’s heaviest hitter brings his cosmic radiation-induced might to the fray, excelling in MARVEL Cosmic Invasion as a grappling-focused powerhouse. With surprising mobility allowing him to bounce across environments to get the jump on enemies, this former ace pilot embraces his new role as a tanklike protector of family and allies alike, arriving as an incredible asset to any team.
- Cyclops: The no-nonsense leader of the X-Men and one of the most-requested additions by fans, Cyclops blasts into battle to make quick work of foes with his signature kinetic energy beams. Cyclops’ optic blasts can also be shot diagonally, providing an excellent counter for aerial enemies – and opportunities to catch opponents off guard.
Later this year, we can expect to see a second DLC pack that will add a brand-new game and even more new heroes to the game.
MARVEL Cosmic Invasion is widely available to play in the cloud on GeForce NOW, Xbox Cloud Gaming, PlayStation Cloud Gaming and Boosteroid.
The game is also part of Xbox Game Pass and is also verified for the Steam Deck.
