Just as the calendar reaches its half-way mark, Xbox has announced the second wave of Game Pass titles. Exactly as earlier this month, all games have been confirmed to be available via Xbox Cloud Gaming upon their release.
Everspace 2 – Now available
Available immediately is Everspace 2, a single-player space shooter that combines fast-paced action with a richly detailed universe. As a pilot, you’ll face brutal challenges, solve intricate puzzles, and uncover secrets in your quest for epic loot. This game is available on both Cloud and Xbox Series X|S.
Google Stadia players might remember the original title, Everspace, which was available on the platform, and was even added to Stadia Pro at some point!
Firewatch
On August 17, Firewatch makes its return to the Game Pass library. This first-person mystery game set in the Wyoming wilderness will have you exploring an unknown environment, making choices that will shape your relationship with the only other person you’re in contact with. Firewatch will be available on Cloud, Console, and PC.
The Texas Chain Saw Massacre
The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, a third-person asymmetrical horror experience, will be available on August 18. Based on the iconic 1974 horror film, players can choose to play as a member of the infamous Slaughter family or one of their victims. This game will be available on Xbox Cloud Gaming, Console, and PC.
Sea of Stars
Sea of Stars, a turn-based RPG inspired by classic games, will be available on August 29. Play as one of the Children of the Solstice, combining the powers of the sun and moon to combat the monstrous creations of The Fleshmancer. Sea of Stars will be available on Cloud, Console, and PC.
Gris
Finally, on September 5, Gris will be available. This game follows a young girl navigating her own world while dealing with a painful experience. Her journey through sorrow is reflected in her dress, which grants new abilities to navigate her faded reality. Gris will be available on Cloud, Console, and PC.
