Top Ten Games You Can Play On Netflix in 2024

Netflix Games

Netflix Games has just under one hundred awesome games to check out with your Netflix subscription. In this editorial, I want to go over what I feel are ten of the best games you can play on Netflix right now. I will be making one rule around franchises: I will only be including one game per franchise. So, don’t expect to see all three Grand Theft Auto games on this list. Now, without further ado, let’s go!

Money Heist Game

Money Heist: Ultimate Choice Is Just Plan Awesome:

Have you ever wanted to play an interactive story in the world of the hit Netflix television series Money Heist? Well now you can with Money Heist: Ultimate Choice. This game was developed by the internal Netflix studio Boss Fight Entertainment, which has published a couple of other games on Netflix. This game lets you choose whether you avenge your family or you become a team player – every option you choose affects your relationship with all other characters you talk to. Money Heist: Ultimate Choice is a fun story-driven game with 4.8/5 stars on the Apple App Store; so, I think it’s a no-brainer to check this one out on your lunch break.

Storyteller Game Banner

StoryTeller Is A Joyful Little Puzzle Game:

The next game on my list is the indie puzzle game StoryTeller, a game where you must match the scenes of a book in famous fairytales to progress. This game is an interesting one, as you can unlock secret achievements and even alternate endings. The game is worth playing even though the rating on the Apple App Store is 3.7/5 stars. Don’t be fooled, the game is a fun relaxing experience despite the mixed reviews.

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Is The Best Netflix GTA Game:

Yes, this is the only Grand Theft Auto game on this list, and, in my opinion, it is by far the best game in the franchise. The main character of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas is Carl “CJ” Johnson who, after his mother is murdered, returns home to San Andreas and reunites with his old Grove Street Gang buddies as they take on other gangs and corrupt cops. This is by far the most fun Grand Theft Auto game of the three on Netflix, and it is also the most downloaded of the three according to the App Store charts. While this game only has 3.6/5 stars on the Apple App Store, if you want your fix of an open-world video game on Netflix, this is the one I recommend.

Cocomelon Play With JJ Is Great For Kids:

The next game on the list is for the little ones in your households, and that is Cocomelon: Play With JJ a video game based on the popular preschool YouTube animated series. This game includes popular songs from the series as well as tons of popular characters from the Cocomelon franchise. The game is an easy pick up and play game and is definitely one your little ones will love – especially with its 4.9/5 stars on the Apple App Store.

Come and Knock On Death’s Door:

The next game is an amazing indie game known as Death’s Door. In this game, you take control of a crow who reaps souls. But when a thief steals your work, you go on a sword-slashing hack-n-slash rampage where you must traverse levels and defeat bosses in order to progress, This is one of Devolver Digital’s best games. With a rating of 4/5 stars on the Apple App Store, it is definitely worth checking out if you are a Netflix subscriber.

Netflix Scored A Goal With Football Manager 2024:

The next game on our list is the video game Football Manager 2024 – the premiere football management simulation game by Sega. In Football Manager 2024, you get to pick from a selection of top football clubs to manage with the goal of increasing your players’ and your team’s stats. This game has an astounding 4.7/5 stars on the Apple App Store; so, if you’re in the mood to manage your favorite football team, then I can’t recommend this game enough.

Step Into Hawkins In Stranger Things 1984:

Netflix’s most popular television series, Stranger Things, has received a number of video games over the years. But the first game they released, Stranger Things 1984, is one of the best games on Netflix. In this game, you explore the world of Hawkins from 1984 – which is when the first season of the original Stranger Things series takes place. Stranger Things 1984, originally released in 2017, but the game is still a fun time – especially if you want to play an adventure game on your phone. This game has a rating of 4.3/5 stars; so other players seem to enjoy the game, too.

Become A Ninja in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder’s Revenge:

The next game we have is a return to form for our favorite half-shell heroes from the 1980s. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder’s Revenge is a side-scrolling beat-em-up where you can select one of the turtles, their master Splinter or human news reporter friend April to take on the evil Foot Clan. This game has beautiful graphics and has controller support. The game also currently has a rating of 4.8/5 stars on the Apple App Store. If you’re a Netflix subscriber, it’s definitely worth checking out this game.

Dig Deep In Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon:

The next game we have is a puzzle title set in the world of Shovel Knight. In Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon, you play as the iconic Shovel Knight who must solve puzzles as you meet new friends and new enemies and try to escape the dungeon. Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon originally released on the Nintendo 3DS; so, having this game available on Netflix Games is great – especially since you can no longer buy it on the Nintendo 3DS. This game only has a rating of 3.2/5 stars on the Apple App Store. But, if you want to check this fun puzzle game out, you can do so now for free on Netflix.

Fight Hordes Of Monsters In Dead Cells:

The last game on our list is Dead Cells. The game is an awesome Metroidvania where, after you die, your cells reform as you try to break your way out of the castle you are imprisoned in. This game has beautiful graphics and awesome music. Plus! This game features controller support! Dead Cells is a fun experience, and a game I genuinely do recommend. Apparently many other gamers do as well! The game has 4.1/5 stars on the Apple App Store.

  1. How do you find these games? I live in the USA and don’t see any section for games on Netflix via PC web browser, TV (Roku), or Tablet (Kindle Fire).
