Ubisoft’s Skull and Bones rated for Stadia in Brazil

Originally announced during Ubisoft’s 2017 E3 presentation, a couple of years before Stadia’s release, Skull and Bones started as a spinoff of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. Promising a huge open-world game set in the Indian Ocean, where players would role-play as pirates. Several delays have put the game on hold. Specially considering that development started shortly after Black Flag was released in 2013.

In June 14th, the Brazilian Advisory Rating System rated Skull and Bones for Stadia. PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 versions were also rated. As of now, Google Stadia is not available in Brazil, even though more and more games have been rated there. Stadia’s brand passed registration in Brazil earlier this year.

It’s best to keep in mind that these ratings and registrations confirm neither Skull and Bones’ release on Stadia, nor Stadia’s expansion to Brazil. However, Ubisoft is a key partner of Stadia and all their recent games have launched on the platform on day one.
