Following our earlier preview of Version 3.7, “Prism’s Illusion, Heart’s Illumination” is now live. The launch brings the first phase of new content, with a second phase scheduled for October 22nd.
Version 3.7 continues the main story with Chapter IV Act IV, “Simulacrum of the Heart,” and opens the Simulacrum Nexus of Mengzhou. A new Tales Quest, “Moonlike Heart, Mortal Longing,” is also part of the update. The new Echoes include Formrender, Soulfrayer, Skywatch Lancer, Bloomburst Puppet and Jade Nether Serpent.
Two phases of Resonators and weapons
Alongside the featured Resonators, each phase has its own lineup of featured weapons:
- Phase I: Hsin, Chisa and Iuno, with Blooming Jadehaven, Kumokiri and Moongazer’s Sigil.
- Phase II, from October 22: Suoming, Lucilla and Lynae, with Unspoken Rue, Freeze Frame and Spectrum Blaster.
The Phase II start date follows server time, so players should check the timing for their server.
New events and login rewards
Blooms for the Shadow joins as a new permanent event. Other events running throughout Version 3.7 include Cubie Wars, Dreams in the Capsule, Past Dreams, Traced Seals, Artisan’s Search, Echo Erase and Beyond the Waves: Land of Xuanfang.
Players can also take part in the seven-day Gifts of Waking Moon login event, web events Waking Moon Fishing and Back to Solaris, and limited-time double drop events Bountiful Crescendo and Chord Cleansing.
Moonlit Path offers rewards at Moonlit Ring milestones. Starting October 22, the Gifts of Singing Drizzle login event will offer a total of 10 Radiant Tide, along with Premium Tuner and Crystal Solvent.
The latest Pioneer Podcast season lets players complete Podcast Tasks to earn EXP and unlock rewards as they level up. The optional Insider Channel and Connoisseur Channel offer additional rewards. The To the New World – World Tour Concert Pack is also listed for purchase and includes Rover’s Purrfect Pitch accessory.
Main Quest Replay and QoL changes
One of the update’s additions is Main Quest Replay through the Journey Log. Players can revisit the main quests from Versions 1.1 and 1.3, as well as the Moon-Chasing Festival event from Version 1.2.
Echo management gets stacking in the Echo Backpack, while photography gains Handheld and Selfie camera modes. Players can now save up to 20 team setups, with options to name and reorder them.
A limited test of tiered client resource downloads also begins during Version 3.7 for eligible players.
