DL Invest Group and Boosteroid now describe the agreement as a joint venture focused on large-scale AI data centre infrastructure in Europe.
DL Invest Group names a 300MW target capacity, and the Bielsko-Biała location now ties that larger capacity claim to the previously reported Poland site. The shift changes the scope from a regional capacity expansion into a much larger infrastructure move for Boosteroid and its partners.
Argentum AI Brings GPU Deployment To The Agreement
Argentum AI is the third company attached to the Boosteroid and DL Invest Group agreement. DL Invest Group identifies Argentum AI as the operator, and Data Center Dynamics describes it as an AI cloud firm that signed the data centre infrastructure agreement with both companies.
Argentum AI will deploy institutional-scale GPU infrastructure inside the new AI data centre. The deployment includes tens of thousands of GPUs and Nvidia GB300 infrastructure. The data centre is also expected to include colocation capacity, enterprise-grade network connectivity, redundant power, and advanced cooling for AI compute environments.
